To Order by fax or mail follow the instructions below.

Browse the website and use the "buy" buttons to fill your shopping cart as though you are
going to order online. Make sure your quantities and other options (like color) are completed. When you have finished ordering, print that page.

Then proceed to checkout. Complete your address information. If you are paying with a credit card, complete all information on the form If you are not going to pay with credit card, skip that part. Be sure the shipping cost has been added. Print that page.

Then cancel the order.

Sign your name in the "Comments" area of the hard copy.
