Use the 'back' arrow on your browser to return to the page that brought you here.
When you buy a download, your receipt will include a link for your product.
(Be sure and print your receipt)
Click on the link and your product will download to your computer.
(Your computer will probably give you a message that you are about to download
a file and ask if you want to continue - say yes)
Depending on the product you buy, one of three things will happen.
1. The product will download, install itself and be ready for you to use.
2. The product will download, and ask you if you want to install and you
proceed.
3. The product will download and will need no installation (in the case of
a
simple file).
When a product is 'installed', typically it will create a shortcut on your
desktop.
That means an icon will appear on your screen for the product - you just need to
click on that icon anytime you want to open the product.
A shortcut is not created for a simple file but you can create one for any
file on
your computer. Open your hard drive directory (usually C:). Right
click on the
file for which you want to make a shortcut. If the drop down box
shows
"Send to" choose 'desktop'. A shortcut will appear on your
desktop.
